In 2025, we took a major step forward by acquiring SolarWadi, one of the pioneers of solar energy in the country. Solar Wadi now operates as part of Naqaa. Within O-Green, SolarWadi takes the lead on C&I renewable project development, commissioning, and long-term operations. Solar Wadi will also spearhead the integration of Energy Storage Systems (BESS) into future projects, enabling hybrid energy solutions and ensuring reliability and flexibility for its customers.
