SUPPORTING MINISTRY

The ‘Eco-Mobility Award’ category will also once again be incorporated at Oman Sustainability Week Awards 2026, providing dedicated recognition to organisations that are contributing to the national Net Zero 2050.

In partnership with Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, and Oman Environmental Services Holding Company – be’ah, the Eco Mobility category will assess organisations through active projects, services, and initiatives in the Sultanate of Oman. The organisations will be assessed through a bespoke standalone framework established by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology.

A prestigious judging panel of senior representatives from reputable organsiations will each independently review and grade each submission.

Submission Process and Framework

Organisations providing submissions for the Eco Mobility category will be required to complete a submission.

The submission form comprises of four questions, each with a defined maximum word count, and weighted percentage used to calculate the overall score:

Overall contribution towards achieving Net Zero 2050

40% weighted score 400 words

Innovation and ingenuity

20% weighted score 200 words

Scalability

20% weighted score 200 words

Impact to society

20% weighted score 200 words
